By addressing all these areas I improved my health when faced with some pretty big health issues a couple decades ago. It didn’t take long before I started feeling better and getting results.
My Story
Years ago, a wonderful naturopath helped me get a better understanding of the basic principles of healthy natural living. She helped me apply them to my own life.
By following the principles that she taught me, I lowered my blood pressure, lost excess weight, healed from uterine fibroids, and healed from fatty liver disease.
Since going through this experience, I have greater appreciation for my body’s amazing ability to heal itself. I feel encouraged knowing my lifestyle choices can be the deciding factor in the health of my body. I feel empowered to make the best lifestyle choices for my health, because I know it can make a difference.
Sometimes we need help from medical professionals. However the person that has the greatest responsibility and the most power in caring for my health… is me.
